For those whom Jiaqi didn't send the aesthetic steps to, here they are.
We must all thank her k! :D
I coloured the headings for better reference.
Aesthetic Movements
1st formation:
First 8 set of 8: Run into leaf shape
Next 1st set of 8: Hands on the head to light up the gear. (Green) 1x4
: Hands on the shoulders of the person beside you. 1x4
2nd set of 8: Move the head to the right. 1x4
: Move the head to the left. 1x4
3rd set of 8: Stand up straight. 1x4
: Sit down. 1x4
4th set of 8: Move the head to the right. 1x4
: Move the head to the left. 1x4
5th set of 8: Sit up straight. 1x4
: Heads face downwards. 1x4
6th set of 8: Canon up
7th set of 8: Canon down
8th set of 8: Sit up straight 1x4
: Move head to the left 1x2
: Move head to the right 1x2
9th set of 8: Stand up to form a circle
10th set of 8: Walk in anti-clockwise direction 1x4
: Hands on the head to light up the gear (Red) 1x2
: Place hands on the shoulder of the person beside you 1x2
11th set of 8: Walk in clockwise direction 1x4
: Hands on the head but don’t touch the light gear 1x2
: Place hands on the shoulder of the person beside you 1x2
2nd formation:
First 4 sets of 8: Run to form 4 straight columns and off the lights
Next 1st set of 8: Pivot on the left foot, turn to the left 180 degrees 1x2
: nudge right hand 1x2
: extent it and bring left foot in 1x2
: put down the hands and open the leg 1x2
2nd set of 8: Pivot on the left foot, turn to the left 180 degrees (from the view of our position) 1x2
: Nudge right hand 1x2
: Extent it and bring left foot in 1x2
: Put down the hands and open the legs 1x2
3rd set of 8: Hands stretch out high-up, clutch hands together 1x4
: Hands down, pivot on the left foot, turn left 1x2
: Then turn right 1x2
4th set of 8: repeat the 3rd set of 8
5th set of 8: Canon down, turn on light gear to blue
6th set of 8: Canon up, turn on light gear to purple
Third 1st set of 8: Run to open the 4 columns to 2 each at the side, turn to light gear to white 1x4 : hands 90 degree up for the people standing at the back 1x4
2nd set of 8: Everybody squat down 1x4
: Everybody stand up 1x4
3rd set of 8: Canon down, turn head gear colour to blue in colour
4th set of 8: Canon up, turn head gear colour to purple in colour
3rd formation:
First 3 sets of 8: Run to form box shape, turn off the head gear
4th set of 8: Run to position 1x4
: Squat down 1x4
Next 1st set of 8: Inner row stand up, turn the head gear on to green 1x4
: Outer row stand up, turn the head gear on to blue while the inner row squat down and turn off the head gear 1x4
2nd set of 8: Inner row stand up, turn the head gear on to green while the outer row turn off head gear 1x4
: Outer row stand up, turn the head gear on to blue while inner row squat down and turn off the head gear 1x4
3rd set of 8: Canon left hand up, turn on the head gear to purple (inner row need to stand up)
Third 1st set of 8: Stretch left hands out and turn to the left 1x4
: Both hands straighten 90 degrees 1x2
: Put down the hands and straighten it again 1x2
2nd set of 8: Canon down, kneel on the right knee
3rd set of 8: Canon up, hands straighten
4th set of 8: Straighten the hands in the air, shake both hands 1x4
: Hands on the shoulder then hands straighten up 1x2
: Hands on shoulder then hands straighten up 1x2
4th formation:
First set of 8: Turn 180 degrees right to the back, form 3 straight rows, connecting to 2K and 2D respectively
Next 1st set of 8: Step left leg to the top left, clap hands to the top left above head 1x2
: Step right leg to the top right, clap hands to the top right above head 1x2
: Step left leg backwards, clap hands on the lap 1x2
: Step right leg backwards, clap hands on the lap 1x2
2nd set of 8: Move to the right, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the right, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the left, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the left, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
3rd set of 8: Step left leg to the top left, clap hands to the top left above head 1x2
: Step right leg to the top right, clap hands to the top right above head 1x2
: Step left leg backwards, clap hands on the lap 1x2
: Step right leg backwards, clap hands on the lap 1x2
4th set of 8: Move to the right, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the right, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the left, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
: Move to the left, clap the hands on the second beat 1x2
5th set of 8: Do a ‘windmill’ (move right hand from left to right then left hand), bend down on right knee 1x4
: Stand up, put a ‘V’ sign 1x2
: Hands put on shoulder and then raise them up 1x2
Third 1st set of 8: Turn to the back 180 degrees to the left, out right hand close to the chest 1x2
: Raise right hand up 1x2
: Turn to left, bend on right knee, stretch right hand up straight 1x2
: Place right hand down 1x1
: Raise left hand up straight 1x1
2nd set of 8: Place both hands on shoulders then straighten it (repeat for 2 times) 1x4
: Shake both hands 1x4
3rd set of 8: Place both hands on shoulders then straighten it (repeat for 2 times) 1x4
: Shake both hands 1x4
4th set of 8: First row stand up, stretch right hand out, slide right hand to the left slide and turn 180 degrees 1x4
: Second row stand up, stretch right hand out, slide right hand to the left slide and turn 180 degrees 1x4
5th set of 8: Third row stand up, stretch right hand out, slide right hand to the left slide and turn 180 degrees 1x4
: Everyone continue stretch right hand out, slide right hand to the left slide and turn 180 degrees 1x4
6th set of 8: Turn around to face the front 1x2
: Stretch hands to form a ‘V’ shape 1x3
: Place hands on the shoulder 1x1
: Stretch hands to form a ‘V’ shape 1x1
: Place hands on the shoulder 1x1
5th formation:
First 3 sets of 8: Run to form 6 by 6 lines, turn off head gear
4th set of 8: Continue running to position 1x6
: Turn 90 degree to the left 1x2
5th set of 8: Run to connect with 2K
Next 1st set of 8: Canon, turn left 180 degrees and squat down, turn the head gear on to green in colour
2nd set of 8: Stand up straight 1x4
: Straighten hands 90 degrees 1x2
: Place hands on the lap 1x1 : Straighten hands 90 degrees 1x1
3rd set of 8: Raise hands and straighten up and down while running back to form the 6 by 6 formations
4th set of 8: Stand up straight and place fingers on the head gear 1x2
: Squat down and turn the head gear light to blue 1x2
: Stand up straight and turn the head gear light to green 1x2
: Squat down and turn the head gear light to blue 1x2
5th set of 8: Turn 180 degrees left and stand up, turn the head gear to blue 1x2
: Run to connect lines with 2K 1x6
6th set of 8: Canon, turn left 180 degrees and squat down, turn the head gear on to green in colour
Run to formation 6 to form a hand 6x8
6th formation:
First 3 sets of 8: Canon down, turn head gear to blue
4th set of 8: Everyone stand up, turn head gear purple 1x4
: Place hands on the shoulders then straighten them (repeat twice) 1x4
Next 3 sets of 8: Shake hands and canon down
8th set of 8: Everyone stand up and shake hands
Note:
-Try to switch colors in the first count - looks nicer!
-Purple = blue +red (left and right index finger)
-White = all switches on
-Red= right index finger
-Blue= left index finger
-Green= left middle finger
